• Ownership: Upon receipt of full payment, the client receives ownership of the deliverables as specified. Kazi Media retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Revisions: The number of included revision rounds is specified in the project agreement. Additional revisions beyond the agreed scope may be billed separately.
• Confidentiality: We treat all client information and project details as confidential and do not share them with third parties without consent.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

This website and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
